On December 16, 2021, at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Health Sciences, as part of the SSTeMM project, held training for preceptors, clinical mentors and school coordinators. The purpose of the training was to present the stress management content during clinical training to nursing students.
The solutions developed were presented to students and mentors in practice. We described and demonstrated the use of the SSTeMM mobile application and the Manual for clinical mentors, preceptors and school coordinators. The training was completed by filling in the SSTeMM survey questionnaire and self-assessment of stress in one’s work, as well as a discussion on possible solutions for managing stress in overburdened employees in work environments due to the epidemic.
