IBK Mangement Solutions GMBH was founded in 2001 to translate the concepts and methods of survey based management techniques into web tools. Most of the supported management techniques are focused around the concept of Business Excellence, amongst them a licensed software support for the EFQM Model. One derivate of this, called PEx, was first developed in the LdV Project LOPEC as a person centred translation of the EFQM Excellence Model. This will be used to develop a BRAINS specific tool to support the students and alumni in defining their own career path with a focus on developing resilience against work related stress in the health sector. IBK will use its GOA Library to implement the new PEx self-assessment module and will maintain them later for post project use as part of their GOA Solutions Library. Thus none of the Universities will have to bother to implement and maintain a software product themselves and still be assured that the support tool for the developed methodology will be kept alive and updated on a professional level. IBK will focus on implementing the extensions and project specific adaptations of the PEx Assessment tool, as well as on the transfer of the IMPRESS Stress Factor Assessment tool and its adaptation to the BRAINS requirements.
