Professor Fiona Timmins, PhD, MSc, BA (Open), BSc (Open) FFNRCSI, RNT, RGN

Professor of Nursing, Dean & Head of School of Nursing, Midwifery & Health Systems, University College Dublin, Ireland

Fiona Timmins is Professor of Nursing, Dean & Head of School at the School of Nursing, Midwifery, and Health Systems, University College Dublin. Her research falls within the broad remit of professional nursing issues and nurse education, and has published numerous papers (180 listed in Scopus) and 11 authored/co-authored textbooks. Her H-index (Scopus) is 22. She is Editor in Chief of the Journal of Nursing Management and has several representations on International Conference Committees (currently 3) and Editorial Boards/Advisory Panel (currently 10).

Role and expertise in SSTeMM
Fiona's areas of expertise in SSTeMM are in the impact of stress on student nurses; supporting the design of interventions to manage stress in the clinical area and the dissemination strategies.

Professor Martina Hasseler

Professor Dr. habil. (RN)

Martina's expertise lies in the development of digital continuing education and training concepts and their evaluations for nursing and health care professions. The focus is also on the development of (digital) competencies and skills.

Martina is a qualified general nurse who has worked as a nurse in a variety of clinical settings. She has successfully completed a degree in health and nursing sciences and a PhD in health sciences. Furthermore, she has completed post-doctoral work in the field of rehabilitation.

Dr. Paolo Grandinetti

Psychiatrist, ASL Teramo

Dr. Paolo Grandinetti was born in southern Italy in August 1984. He graduated in medicine and surgery from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome in 2008. Specialized in 2014 in Psychiatry at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome. PhD in Neuroscience from the same university in 2017. In 2021 he obtained the second level master's degree in health services management. He has attended several university specialization courses, seminars, training courses and conferences and is the author of several publications in national and international scientific journals. From 2009 to 2014 he worked at the "A. Gemelli" University Hospital in Rome. From 2011 to 2016 he collaborated as a guest researcher for the psycho-neuro-immunology unit of the Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich (Germany).

Vice-Internal Coordinator of the Official Master Erasmus Mundus on Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology. Member of the official research groups PSICOSAO and Group of Innovative Teaching. Member of Editorial Boards of diverse international Journals. Numerous publications in high impact journals on psychosocial processes and wellbeing, cross-cultural leadership and team proceses and presentations in congresses. Teaching: Work and Organizational Psychology in pre-, postgraduate and PhD program. Expertise as HR-Specialist in BMW AG and as consultant with international institutions on health at work in numerous international EU projects.
