The director of the Escola Superior de Ciències de la Salut welcomed all the invited attendees and then presented the project in general terms. He then introduced the WIT’s SSTeMM researcher Marie Carey from the Waterford Institute of Technology in Ireland, who connected via videoconference and spoke about the management of stress using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques during clinical placement. Subsequently, the principal investigators of the project, Carme Rosell and Ester Mateo, made several presentations where they presented the latest updates of the mobile application SSTeMM; the SSTeMM manual; resources and complementary digital material (infographics and videos) to assess and help manage stress.
