After studying first Economy and then Communication Science at LMU in Munich. In 1984 Andreas started his first company of the IBK Group with the Institut für Betriebsanalyse und Kommunikationsforschung (IBK). Besides his work in his companies, Andreas was a board member of the European Business Excellence Network (EuroBEN) since the mid 90’s and is serving as its president since the last 20 years. He is an expert on the European Excellence Model and certified as an Advisor and Trainer for EFQM and the German ILEP. Since the last 10 years, Andreas gives classes on Business Excellence in several universities in Germany, Kosovo and Spain.
Andreas' areas of expertise in SSTeMM are in project quality management; the impact of individual stress factors on organisational performance and through the IBK team of software developers the adaptation of a tool for Stress Factor Assessment to the requirements of SSTeMM.

Andrea Stucken
Software Development Coordinator at IBK Management Solutions GmbH
After studying as a computer scientist at Siemens Training Centre, Andrea Stucken worked in various positions at the company. In 1996, she joined the IBK Group and is currently working as the responsible coordinator for all software development and solution support tasks at IBK Management Solutions GmbH with responsibility for. Stucken is a trained EFQM assessor and has represented IBK in numerous European research projects on quality management since the late 90s.
