Carolina Gallardo Gilabert

Technical Research Officer at the School of Health Sciences TecnoCampus University Pompeu Fabra, Mataró-Maresme. Barcelona, Spain.

Prior to joining the TecnoCampus Foundation, she was working for many years in international organisations, multinational companies, EU agencies and research centres. She gained a lot of experience managing RTD+I EC funded projects in multiple different topics. Her starting point on European policies and funded projects ran when she got several EU paid traineeships in Luxembourg and Belgium while studied abroad. Her role in the project is monitoring the right implementation and good quality of the overall project outcomes. Carolina’s areas of expertise in SSTeMM are digitalisation, fundraising, outreach, workshop and event production, and research publications. She enjoys organising knowledge tech transfer activities and scientific conferences.

Marta Carceller Aragall

Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the Pompeu Fabra University, Bachelor’s Degree in Law, and Master Degree in Public Management from University of Barcelona.
Professional experience in the field of law, having worked in internationally recognised companies such as PwC and Cuatrecasas.
More than 5 years of experience managing national and international projects at TecnoCampus in the education, entrepreneurship and research sector.

Anna Gabriel Rovira

Head of the Projects and Research Office in TecnoCampus University Pompeu Fabra, Mataró-Maresme. Barcelona, Spain.

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the Pompeu Fabra University and a Master Degree in globalization, cooperation and development from University of Barcelona. She studied one year in France where she obtained a Certificate in Political Studies, with specialization in Economic Development and International Cooperation, issued by the University Sciences-Po Toulouse. She has developed her professional career in the fields of strategic planning and project management. Before her current position in TecnoCampus, she has worked in the government of Catalonia, consultancy firms and Non-Government Organization. She has international experience and is used to work in international and multicultural environments, having worked in Spain, Panama and El Salvador.

Anna Martínez Gili

Associate Professor in ICT Tools. Service for Quality, Learning and Innovation Specialist Technician at TecnoCampus University Pompeu Fabra, Mataró-Maresme. Barcelona, Spain.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Media (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya - Barcelona Tech), Master in Digital Business (ESIC Business & Marketing School) and Postgraduate degree in Executive Coaching (UPF Barcelona School of Management). She is currently studying Psychology at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC).
Anna Martínez has worked as independent consultant driving digital transformation and growth to companies and as trainer in ICT skills, marketing, digital communication, and social media at TecnoCampus and in various business schools. She has an extensive experience designing multichannel marketing automation strategies, as well as in the administration of web, audiovisual and e-learning platforms.

Carles Garcia Lopez

Head of the Service for Quality, Learning and Innovation at TecnoCampus University Pompeu Fabra, Mataró-Maresme. Barcelona, Spain. PhD Candidate at Network and Information Technologies at the Open University of Catalonia.

Carles' primary areas of research interest are in human-centered design and interaction design in the field of technology-enhanced learning environments. Carles is also a lecturer at TecnoCampus, teaching platform design, development, and SEO subjects.

Professor Carme Rosell Moreno

Professor at School of Health Sciences TecnoCampus. University Pompeu Fabra, Mataró-Maresme. Barcelona, Spain.

Carme joined the field of geriatric nursing in the 1980s. She has been responsible for care management and managerial tasks, which she combines with nursing. Her areas of expertise are psychogeriatrics and patients with difficult-to-heal injuries, such as pressure injuries, which was the subject of her doctoral thesis.

Carme brings experience in the coordination of the Nursing Practicum. This, together with her role as an academic tutor of trainees provides her with the experience in the management of stress in the clinical area. In the SSTeMM project, she helps design interventions to manage the stress of students during their internships and develops training strategies for the project.

Professor Ester Mateo Aguilar

Professor. School of Health Sciences TecnoCampus. University Pompeu Fabra, Mataró-Maresme. Barcelona, Spain.

Ester finished her Nurse studies in 2011 and worked in the following areas: clinical Emergency, Health care, Clinical and Social Sanitary field, Research on Clinical Trial in Barcelona, Valencia and Almeria. She obtained her International PhD in 2018 “Cum laude”, subject: Nurse identity.

Since 2017 Ester worked as an academic nurse and researcher. Ester’s primary areas of research interest are in Nursing Care Methodology and Practicum.

Ester's areas of expertise in SSTeMM are partner in Spain ; the impact of stress on student nurses; the design of interventions to manage stress in the clinical area and the development of training approaches.

Janna A. Slabbekoorn

Tecnical Research Assistent, School of Health Sciences TecnoCampus. University Pompeu Fabra, Mataró-Maresme. Barcelona, Spain.

BSC Nursing Sciences, RN

Janna is a qualified nurse, who worked in the Netherlands in Long Term care and Home care from 2003-2011 and from 2013-2015. Between 2011 to 2013 she worked in Luxembourg as an Intern at DG Sanco and in Brussels as International Project Manager. Since she moved to Catalonia in 2015, she works as an Senior International Project manager at VHIR and in 2020 she joined as well Fundació Tecnocampus Mataro. Her primary interest are nursing care, health care quality and training, digital health and health data.

Janna´s areas of expertise are in prior international experience in nursing and project management, and supporting the SSTeMM team in day to day execution of the project.
